This Easy Date Bark recipe is a quick, no-bake treat made with Medjool dates, nut butter, and chocolate. Perfect for a healthy snack or dessert, it’s naturally sweet, rich, and delicious.

- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds (or any nuts of choice)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a small baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
- Flatten the pitted dates and arrange them in a single layer on the parchment paper to form a rectangle.
- Spread the peanut butter evenly over the top of the date layer.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave or on the stove until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped almonds and sea salt on top.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes or until the bark is firm.
- Once set, break into pieces and serve. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
