Description
Crock Pot Angel Chicken is a creamy, comforting slow cooker meal made with tender chicken breasts cooked in a rich sauce of cream cheese, Italian dressing mix, and soup, served over angel hair pasta.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (0.7 oz) packet dry Italian dressing mix
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a crock pot.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- About 15 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to the package directions. Drain well.
- Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- You can substitute angel hair with spaghetti or egg noodles.
- For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream cheese and soup.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan for added flavor.
