Description

A quick and healthy creamy Greek yogurt salad dressing made with simple ingredients. Perfect for adding a tangy, rich flavor to any salad.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add the minced garlic and honey, if using.
  3. Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Stir in chopped fresh herbs if desired.
  6. Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Adjust consistency by adding a little water or more olive oil if needed.
