- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
- Add the Dijon mustard and minced garlic, and continue to whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and thin with a little water if needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
