Description

A quick and easy creamy Greek yogurt salad dressing that’s healthy, tangy, and perfect for any salad or vegetable dip.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
  2. Add the Dijon mustard and minced garlic, and continue to whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste and thin with a little water if needed.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
