Description
This easy cinnamon roll apple pie combines gooey cinnamon rolls with a sweet and spiced apple pie filling for a delicious twist on a classic dessert.

- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 2 cups apple pie filling (canned or homemade)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, for extra spice)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Separate cinnamon rolls and press each one flat to about 3–4 inches in diameter.
- Line the bottom and sides of the pie dish with flattened cinnamon rolls, pressing them together to form a crust.
- In a bowl, mix apple pie filling with ground cinnamon if desired, then spoon the filling over the cinnamon roll crust.
- Flatten the remaining cinnamon rolls and place them over the top of the filling to create a crust or decorative pattern.
- Brush the top with melted butter if using.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool slightly, then drizzle with the icing from the cinnamon roll package before serving.
Notes
- Let the pie cool slightly before slicing to help it set.
- Use homemade apple pie filling for a richer flavor.
- Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
