Description

A quick and delicious dessert combining the flavors of cinnamon rolls and apple pie, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 2 large apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press the cinnamon rolls into a greased 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides to form a crust.
  3. In a medium bowl, toss the chopped apples with sugar, cinnamon, flour, and lemon juice until well coated.
  4. Pour the apple mixture over the cinnamon roll crust.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the apple filling.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cinnamon roll crust is golden and the apples are tender.
  7. Let the pie cool slightly before drizzling the included icing over the top.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
