- 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 2 large apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Press the cinnamon rolls into a greased 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides to form a crust.
- In a medium bowl, toss the chopped apples with sugar, cinnamon, flour, and lemon juice until well coated.
- Pour the apple mixture over the cinnamon roll crust.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the apple filling.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cinnamon roll crust is golden and the apples are tender.
- Let the pie cool slightly before drizzling the included icing over the top.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
