- 1 pack instant ramen noodles (preferably buldak spicy flavor)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 boiled egg, halved (optional)
- 1 green onion, sliced (optional)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
- Seaweed flakes, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Stir to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and clings to the noodles.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with boiled egg halves, green onions, sesame seeds, and seaweed flakes if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy your spicy buldak ramen!

- You can adjust the level of spiciness by reducing or increasing the gochujang.
