- 1 pack Buldak Ramen noodles
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 slice of cheese (optional)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Seaweed flakes, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot.
- Add the Buldak Ramen noodles and cook for about 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Drain most of the water, leaving about 2-3 tablespoons in the pot.
- Add the sauce packet from the ramen pack and stir-fry the noodles for another minute.
- If using, crack an egg into the noodles and stir gently to cook.
- Top with chopped green onions and a slice of cheese if desired.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and seaweed flakes before serving.
