Description

This Easy Buldak Ramen recipe delivers spicy, savory Korean flavors in just a few minutes, perfect for a quick, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 pack Buldak Ramen noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 slice of cheese (optional)
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Seaweed flakes, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot.
  2. Add the Buldak Ramen noodles and cook for about 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  3. Drain most of the water, leaving about 2-3 tablespoons in the pot.
  4. Add the sauce packet from the ramen pack and stir-fry the noodles for another minute.
  5. If using, crack an egg into the noodles and stir gently to cook.
  6. Top with chopped green onions and a slice of cheese if desired.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and seaweed flakes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of sauce if you prefer less spiciness.
  • Adding cheese helps mellow the heat and adds creaminess.
  • Cook the egg to your desired doneness — soft or fully cooked.
  • Seaweed and sesame seeds add great texture and flavor.
