Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the brown sugar and stir until combined and bubbly.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly.
- Add the sliced bananas and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
