- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuit dough and cut each piece in half. Roll each piece into a 6-inch rope and tie into a knot, tucking the ends underneath.
- Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the knots.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- Use pre-made pizza dough instead of biscuit dough for a more traditional texture.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of Italian seasoning to the butter mixture.
- These are best served warm, but can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
