These Easter Rice Krispie & Chocolate Mini Egg Nests are a fun and easy no-bake treat made with crispy rice cereal, melted chocolate, and topped with colorful mini eggs—perfect for spring celebrations.

- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 200g milk chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp golden syrup (or corn syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 cup mini chocolate eggs
Instructions
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate, butter, and golden syrup together over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler method), stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract if using.
- Add the Rice Krispies cereal to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until the cereal is fully coated.
- Spoon the mixture into a lined muffin tin, pressing gently in the center to form a nest shape.
- Place 3 mini eggs in the center of each nest.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until set.
- Once firm, remove from the muffin tin and serve.
Notes
- You can use dark or white chocolate instead of milk chocolate for variation.
- Silicone muffin molds make removal easier.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
