Description

A festive twist on classic seven-layer bars with a buttery graham cracker crust, gooey layers of chocolate, coconut, and colorful Easter candy. Sweet, chewy, and perfect for spring celebrations!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Easter candy-coated chocolates (like pastel M&Ms or mini eggs)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease well.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts (if using) evenly over the top.
  5. Finish with a generous sprinkle of Easter candy-coated chocolates, pressing them down lightly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and center is set.
  7. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Swap in butterscotch or peanut butter chips for a fun flavor twist.
  • Use crushed pretzels in the crust for a salty-sweet kick.
  • Add a drizzle of melted white chocolate on top after baking for extra flair.
  • Top with extra pastel sprinkles for more Easter color.
