Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup Easter candy-coated chocolates (like pastel M&Ms or mini eggs)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease well.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts (if using) evenly over the top.
- Finish with a generous sprinkle of Easter candy-coated chocolates, pressing them down lightly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and center is set.
- Cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Swap in butterscotch or peanut butter chips for a fun flavor twist.
- Use crushed pretzels in the crust for a salty-sweet kick.
- Add a drizzle of melted white chocolate on top after baking for extra flair.
- Top with extra pastel sprinkles for more Easter color.
