Description

Fun, festive dessert featuring layers of chocolate pudding, crushed Oreo cookies, gummy “worms,” and pastel sprinkles—perfect for Easter celebrations.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip), thawed
  • 15 regular Oreo cookies, finely crushed (about 1.5 cups)
  • 1/2 cup gummy worms
  • 1/4 cup pastel sprinkles or candy eggs

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together cold milk and pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. Gently fold in whipped topping until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Reserve 2 Tbsp of crushed Oreos for topping. In each serving cup, layer 2 Tbsp crushed Oreos.
  4. Spoon a layer of pudding mixture (about ⅓ cup) over the Oreos in each cup.
  5. Add another 2 Tbsp crushed Oreos on top of the pudding layer.
  6. Spoon another layer of pudding over the Oreos.
  7. Top each cup with reserved Oreo crumbs, gummy worms, and sprinkle pastel candies or eggs.
  8. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to set.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use plant-based milk, dairy-free pudding mix, and whipped topping.
  • Make ahead up to 4 hours; add worms and sprinkles just before serving so they stay colorful.
  • Want more “dirt”? Add an extra layer of crushed Oreos in the middle.
  • Customize with seasonal candies like mini chocolate eggs or jelly beans.
