1 lb ground beef

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained

1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, corn, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.

Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers on top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
