Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 cup chopped dill pickles

1 tablespoon pickle juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup crushed pretzels or finely chopped pecans (for coating)

Optional: Extra chopped dill pickles or fresh dill for garnish
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and black pepper until well combined.

Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the mixture is firm enough to shape.

Scoop out heaping tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls using your hands.

Roll each ball in the crushed pretzels or chopped pecans to coat.
