Ingredients

- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
- 1/2 banana, sliced (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices to your desired crispness.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each slice of toast while it’s still warm.
- Drizzle honey on top if using, and add banana slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
- Serve immediately while the toast is warm.
Notes
- You can use any type of bread, but whole grain adds more fiber.
- For extra protein, add chia seeds or hemp hearts on top.
