Description

This garlic butter chicken bites pasta is a quick and comforting dinner that’s packed with flavor. Tender, juicy chicken bites are cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce and tossed with pasta for a satisfying and easy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 8 ounces pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your favorite)

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

  4. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

  5. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  6. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let cook for 2–3 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.

  7. Stir in the cooked chicken and pasta. Toss to coat everything in the garlic butter sauce.

  8. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.

  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.


Notes

  • Add spinach or cherry tomatoes for a veggie boost.

  • You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.

  • Adjust red pepper flakes to control heat.
