3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
8 ounces pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your favorite)
-
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let cook for 2–3 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.

Stir in the cooked chicken and pasta. Toss to coat everything in the garlic butter sauce.

Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
-
Add spinach or cherry tomatoes for a veggie boost.
-
You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
