Description

A quick and flavorful garlic butter chicken bites pasta dish, perfect for weeknight dinners. Tender chicken pieces cooked in a savory garlic butter sauce and tossed with pasta for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or your choice)
  • Water and salt for boiling pasta

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add to skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
  6. Add cooked chicken back into the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter sauce.
  7. Stir in cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to combine.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use boneless chicken thighs for juicier bites if preferred.
  • Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor and nutrition.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes to control spice level.
