- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 8 oz pasta (penne or your choice)
- Water and salt for boiling pasta
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add to skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
- Add cooked chicken back into the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter sauce.
- Stir in cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

- Use boneless chicken thighs for juicier bites if preferred.
- Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor and nutrition.
