Ingredients

6 cups chopped romaine lettuce

2 cups grilled chicken breast, diced

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

1 avocado, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

For the dressing:

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions

In a large bowl or platter, lay down the chopped romaine lettuce as the base.
