Cheesecake Layer:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix brownie batter: In a bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, vanilla, red food coloring, and vinegar. Whisk in eggs. Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Fold until combined.
  3. Prepare cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mix until creamy.
