Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix brownie batter: In a bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, vanilla, red food coloring, and vinegar. Whisk in eggs. Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Fold until combined.
- Prepare cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mix until creamy.
- Layer and bake: Pour most of the brownie batter into the pan. Spread cheesecake mixture over it. Drop spoonfuls of remaining brownie batter and swirl. Bake for 28-32 minutes.
