This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is an easy, cheesy, and hearty meal made with just a few simple ingredients. Layers of frozen ravioli, marinara sauce, ground beef, and gooey cheese cook low and slow in your crockpot—no boiling or baking required. It’s the ultimate comfort food with minimal prep!
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 (25 oz) jar marinara or pasta sauce

1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions

Spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.

Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.

Add half of the cooked beef, then spoon more sauce over the top.

Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

Repeat the layers: ravioli, beef, sauce, and the rest of the cheese.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until heated through and bubbly.

Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped basil or parsley if desired.

You can substitute ground turkey or Italian sausage for the beef.
