A comforting and hearty Crockpot Chicken and Dressing Casserole made with tender chicken, stuffing mix, and a creamy sauce – perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (6 oz) package stuffing mix
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Spray the inside of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, chicken broth, sour cream, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Stir in the diced onion and celery.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- In another bowl, mix the stuffing mix with melted butter until crumbly.
- Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the top of the soup and chicken mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once done, stir slightly to combine or serve layered.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken or pre-cooked chicken for a quicker version.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables for a complete one-pot meal.
- Use low-sodium soups and broth for a healthier option.
