Ingredients

1 (14 oz) package kielbasa, sliced into rounds

1 (32 oz) bag frozen diced hash brown potatoes

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking spray or butter (for greasing the crockpot)

Chopped parsley or green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Spray the inside of the crockpot with cooking spray or grease with butter.

In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add the hash brown potatoes, cheddar cheese, onion (if using), and kielbasa slices to the bowl. Stir until everything is well combined.

Pour the mixture into the crockpot and spread it out evenly.

Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and everything is hot and bubbly.
