2 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, toss the zucchini rounds with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
