- 1 cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle cheese mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Spread the coated florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Optional: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
