Crispy Air Fryer Honey Garlic Salmon Bites are bite-sized pieces of salmon cooked to perfection in the air fryer and coated with a sticky, flavorful honey garlic sauce. A quick and healthy meal or appetizer ready in just 20 minutes.

- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7-9 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- If using, stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and toss them in the honey garlic sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Use skinless salmon for easier preparation and better texture.
- Adjust the garlic and honey amounts to taste.
- Serve with rice, noodles, or steamed vegetables for a full meal.
