Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until wedges are golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the wedges and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
