Banana Pepper Coins:
- 1 cup sliced banana peppers (about 1/4-inch thick rings)
Breading:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the Banana Peppers: Pat the banana pepper slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Set Up Breading Station: Prepare three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings.
- Coat the Peppers: Dip each pepper ring in flour, then egg, and coat in the seasoned panko mixture. Press gently to help the coating stick.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer, arrange breaded pepper coins, air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Serve hot with dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
- For extra heat, add cayenne to the panko mixture.
- Best served fresh but can be reheated in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
