  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook tortellini: Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
