- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb frozen or pre-cooked meatballs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until heated through and browned on all sides.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce is creamy and slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- You can use homemade or store-bought meatballs.
- Swap heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
