Description

A quick and easy creamy spaghetti and meatballs recipe that’s rich, flavorful, and perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb frozen or pre-cooked meatballs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until heated through and browned on all sides.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce is creamy and slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use homemade or store-bought meatballs.
  • Swap heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
