- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb frozen or pre-cooked meatballs
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until heated through and browned.
- Pour in the marinara sauce and stir to combine. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce and meatballs.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

- Use store-bought or homemade meatballs based on preference.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.
