Description

A quick and easy creamy spaghetti and meatballs recipe that’s rich, comforting, and perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb frozen or pre-cooked meatballs
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until heated through and browned.
  4. Pour in the marinara sauce and stir to combine. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until the sauce becomes creamy.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce and meatballs.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

  • Use store-bought or homemade meatballs based on preference.
