Description

Description: This creamy pickle dip is a quick and easy appetizer that combines tangy pickles, smooth cream cheese, and savory seasonings. Perfect for dipping chips, crackers, or fresh veggies, it’s always a crowd favorite at parties!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle relish, drained

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and well combined.

  2. Add the drained pickle relish, dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Mix until everything is fully incorporated.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt, pepper, or dill if desired.

  4. Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

  5. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra tang, try adding a splash of pickle juice to the dip.

  • If you like a bit of heat, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few chopped jalapeños.
