Description
A bold and tangy Mediterranean-inspired dressing made with feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, and lemon. Perfect for salads, grain bowls, or as a dip.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Water, as needed to thin
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Add the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and white wine vinegar to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add water a splash at a time to reach the desired consistency, blending between additions.
- Season with freshly ground black pepper and stir in fresh herbs if using.
- Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- Add honey for a sweet balance.
- Use sour cream instead of yogurt for a richer taste.
- Add oregano, basil, or crushed red pepper for variation.
- Include cucumber for a chunkier dip.
