  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh spinach (roughly chopped)
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (such as penne or rotini)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, season, and cook until browned. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In the same skillet, cook onion and garlic, then add flour, milk, and broth. Simmer until thickened. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, seasonings, and spinach.
