- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Additional Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh spinach (roughly chopped)
- 2 cups cooked pasta (such as penne or rotini)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, season, and cook until browned. Set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: In the same skillet, cook onion and garlic, then add flour, milk, and broth. Simmer until thickened. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, seasonings, and spinach.
- Combine Ingredients: Mix in pasta and chicken. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella on top.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
