This Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta is the perfect easy dinner for busy nights. Juicy shrimp are tossed in a rich, spicy Cajun cream sauce and served over tender pasta. It’s loaded with flavor, comes together in under 30 minutes, and tastes like something you’d get at a restaurant!
Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

2 cups baby spinach (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Toss shrimp with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.

In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in remaining Cajun seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Add Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.

Stir in cherry tomatoes and spinach (if using), and cook until wilted.

Return shrimp and cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste depending on your spice preference.

You can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.
