- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cream cheese layer)

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cream cheese layer)
- 12 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, and 1/2 tsp vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top in dollops, then use a knife to swirl it into the brownie batter.
- Sprinkle chopped Oreos over the top, gently pressing them into the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For easier cutting, chill the brownies before slicing.
- You can use double-stuffed Oreos for extra creaminess.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
