Description

Crack Chicken Pinwheels are creamy, cheesy, and packed with ranch-flavored chicken and crispy bacon, rolled up in soft tortillas — perfect as an appetizer or party snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and green onions to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and evenly spread the chicken mixture over each one.
  4. Tightly roll up each tortilla and wrap them in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow them to firm up.
  6. Remove from the fridge and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation.
  • Let the pinwheels chill well to make cleaner slices.
  • Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
