- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and green onions to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly spread the chicken mixture over each one.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla and wrap them in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow them to firm up.
- Remove from the fridge and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation.
