Ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked shredded chicken and crumbled bacon. Stir to coat evenly.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to combine everything well.
- Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.
