Description

Crack Chicken Penne is a creamy, cheesy pasta dish loaded with shredded chicken, crispy bacon, ranch seasoning, and tender penne pasta. It’s a comforting and indulgent meal perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add heavy cream and stir to combine.
  4. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked shredded chicken and crumbled bacon. Stir to coat evenly.
  6. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to combine everything well.
  7. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.
