Instructions
- Chop the crab meat into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
- Finely dice the celery and red onion, then add them to the bowl with the crab.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
- If using, stir in the chopped fresh dill.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
