Description

A decadent seafood dish featuring fresh salmon fillets stuffed with a savory mixture of crab, shrimp, and seasonings, then baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the stuffing.
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket in the center of each salmon fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with the seafood mixture, pressing it gently into the pocket.
  5. Place the stuffed fillets on a greased baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the fillets.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute imitation crab or canned crab if fresh is not available.
  • Use pre-cooked shrimp to save preparation time.
  • Add a sprinkle of fresh parsley or dill for garnish.
  • Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, or a light salad.
