- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the stuffing.
- Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket in the center of each salmon fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each salmon fillet with the seafood mixture, pressing it gently into the pocket.
- Place the stuffed fillets on a greased baking sheet or in a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of the fillets.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute imitation crab or canned crab if fresh is not available.
- Use pre-cooked shrimp to save preparation time.
- Add a sprinkle of fresh parsley or dill for garnish.
- Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, or a light salad.
