This Copycat Longhorn Parmesan Crusted Chicken is a deliciously tender grilled chicken breast topped with a creamy ranch spread, melted provolone, and a crispy Parmesan crust for a restaurant-style meal at home.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Brush over both sides of chicken breasts.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing and sour cream. Spread mixture evenly over each grilled chicken breast.
- Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of each chicken breast.
- In another bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, and Italian seasoning.
- Top each chicken breast with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
- Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the crust is golden and bubbly. Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can marinate the chicken in the oil and seasoning mix for a few hours for extra flavor.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
- Broil carefully to avoid burning the crust.
