Ingredients
-
1 box (18-20 oz) brownie mix
-
2 large eggs
-
1/3 cup vegetable oil
-
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
-
1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour. Stir until a thick dough forms.
-
If using, fold in chocolate chips or chunks.
-
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
-
Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers still look soft.
-
Let the cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
-
Add a pinch of sea salt on top before baking for a sweet and salty finish.
-
You can mix in chopped nuts, M&Ms, or caramel bits for extra flavor.
-
Don’t overbake — they’ll continue to set as they cool!
