Description

An irresistible no-bake treat that combines crunchy Chex cereal, creamy white chocolate, crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, and powdered sugar for a cookies-and-cream delight.


Ingredients

  • 8 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 15 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, pour the rice Chex cereal and set aside.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract to the melted white chocolate.
  5. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently stir until all the cereal is evenly coated.
  6. Add the crushed cookies and powdered sugar to the coated cereal and toss until well coated. Use a large zip-top bag for easy shaking.
  7. For a richer flavor, drizzle melted milk or semi-sweet chocolate over the top and let it set.
  8. Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool and dry completely.
  9. Once dry, transfer to an airtight container for storage.
