- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Quickly fold in the Cocoa Puffs cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and lightly press them in.
- Let cool completely at room temperature, then cut into bars.
