Ingredients
Scale
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

- Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain and transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool. Peel the eggs once cooled.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
- Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

Notes
- Use older eggs for easier peeling after boiling.
- Add a dash of hot sauce or pickle relish for extra flavor.
- Chill the deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes before serving for best taste.
