Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (for coating)
  • Crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Using clean hands, shape the mixture into a ball.
  4. Spread the chopped nuts and parsley (if using) on a plate and roll the cheese ball until evenly coated on all sides.
  5. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up and let the flavors meld.
