For the Dough (or use store-bought pizza dough):
-
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
-
1 tsp instant yeast
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1/2 cup warm water
-
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping:

2 tsp ground cinnamon
For the Icing:

1/2 cup powdered sugar
-
1-2 tbsp milk
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
-
Make the dough (if homemade): In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes, then let rest for 10 minutes.
-
Roll out the dough into a circle or rectangle about ¼-inch thick. Place on the prepared pan.
-
Brush melted butter evenly over the dough surface.
-
In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
-
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
-
While the pizza bakes, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
-
Remove pizza from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle icing over the top.
-
Slice and serve warm!
Notes
-
For extra sweetness, add a sprinkle of brown sugar with the cinnamon sugar.
