Instructions
- Cut each slice of bread into 3-4 sticks.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar.
- Dip each bread stick into the egg mixture, allowing the excess to drip off.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sticks for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Immediately toss the cooked sticks in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
