Description

A quick and delicious chopped chicken Caesar salad wrap combining grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup croutons, crushed
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and crushed croutons.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix until well combined.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them more pliable.
  4. Divide the salad mixture evenly between the two tortillas.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, folding in the sides as you go.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
