- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- 1/4 cup croutons, crushed
- 2 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add cherry tomatoes and crushed croutons if using, then toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave to make them more pliable.
- Divide the salad mixture between the two tortillas.
- Wrap each tortilla tightly like a burrito, folding in the sides and rolling up from the bottom.
- Cut each wrap in half if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use grilled or rotisserie chicken for extra flavor.
- Add a dash of lemon juice for a fresher taste.
- Wraps can be stored in the fridge for up to a day, but are best eaten fresh.
