Description

A delicious and satisfying wrap made with chopped chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • 1/4 cup croutons, crushed
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes and crushed croutons if using, then toss until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave to make them more pliable.
  5. Divide the salad mixture between the two tortillas.
  6. Wrap each tortilla tightly like a burrito, folding in the sides and rolling up from the bottom.
  7. Cut each wrap in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use grilled or rotisserie chicken for extra flavor.
  • Add a dash of lemon juice for a fresher taste.
  • Wraps can be stored in the fridge for up to a day, but are best eaten fresh.
